A good surprise in a bustling city. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist were very good to make me feel welcome. Instead of handing over the room key, he offered me a drink of my choice. He even took the time to understand my travel plans and provided me with a local map and brochures to help me make the most of my one day in this vibrant city. The personal touch and attention to detail really made a difference. The freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and thoughtful service.

I had the best experience staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions in the center of the city. I was able to visit Istanbul's most famous historical monuments easily. The hotel staff were friendly and provided really good service. They were knowledgeable and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely courtyard and opulent Ottoman decor. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good selection of food and beverages. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
